Mr. Ibukun Akin-Olawore

An honours degree holder in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Monash University South Africa and Monash University Australia, Ibukun is a proven leader and business strategist. With five (5) years of business operations experience in South Africa, Ibukun returned to Nigeria to consolidate international contacts and local experience in order to improve the market positon of Akin Olawore & Co. in the Real Estate sector. In 2019, upon the passing of our company’s founder; ESV. Akinola Olawore, Ibukun was unanimously promoted to the role of General Manager – Client Services for Akin Olawore & Co. and Business Development Executive for AOC Group of Companies. As the Group Business Development Executive, he is responsible for overseeing the synergy between the following companies; Akin Olawore & Co., Rhapsody Facilities Management, Brokerfield Real Estate Services, BAOBAB Realty Co. and Nos Movemur Investment Co. Ltd. along with the various interests in other organization the group holds.

ESV. Agbolade Oluwakemi – Estate Surveyor & Valuer (ANISV)
B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management, M.Sc Housing Development & Management
A 2012 graduate from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, Oluwakemi also obtained a Master’s Degree in Housing Development and Management from University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria in 2018. She has been involved in the operations of the company since 2010 as an industrial Attache and has since been an indispensable asset to our organization. In 2018, Oluwakemi became the Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer at Akin Olawore & Co. after receiving the prestigious Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARABON) stamp and seal. Oluwakemi has since risen to become the General Manager of Akin Olawore & Co. operating from our head office in Lagos.
Abuja – Team Leader
ESV. Olawaiye Abel Ijaodola – Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ANISV)
B.Tech (Hons), M.Sc Estate Management
A 2006 graduate of Estate Management of the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He has been involved with the company’s operations since 2005 as an Industrial Attache who later served with the company (NYSC 2007). An associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He has acquired experience in valuation of sales of Federal Government properties within Abuja and through his impeccable knowledge of business he is successfully managing the Akin Olawore & Co. Abuja office.
Mrs Eunice Omowunmi-Falola – Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ANISV)
B.Sc. (Hons) & M.Sc Estate Mmanagement
Falola Eunice Omowunmi is a graduate of Estate Management and currently a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Osun State. She has been involved with the company’s operation since 2011 as an industrial attaché and remains active in the Lagos Head Office rising to the position of Team Leader of our Lagos valuation services. She also oversees Property and Facility Management services and operations with the additional responsibility of property and statutory taxes management. She is an associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Francois Viruly, FRICS
Associate Professor of Construction Economics, University of Cape Town, South Africa.
François Viruly is a property economist with over twenty years of experience in the analysis of the South African Property market. Professor Viruly lectures in Urban Economics, Property Development and Portfolio Management at UCT in the School of Construction Economics and Management.
François held the position of Chief Economist at the Chamber of Mines. He was Head of Research at JHI Professional Services (valuations, research and legal services) and more recently Head of School of the School of Construction Economics and Management at University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a fellow of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and chairs the RICS Education Committee in South Africa. He is a Past President of the African Real Estate Society. Professor Viruly has undertaken extensive research into the South African property cycle, the development of township commercial properties, and the drivers of the South African property market. He is a non-executive director of the Orion Real Estate Group and the Don Hotel Group in South Africa.
